Terms of Use (EULA) — Renewo

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Renewo app (“the app”), provided by Berat Mehmetoglu (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA), which apply in addition to these Terms.

Subscriptions and purchases

Renewo is free to track up to a limited number of documents. Renewo Pro unlocks unlimited documents, home-screen widgets, Lock Screen Live Activities, and CSV import/export, and is offered as:

Renewo Pro (Lifetime) — a one-time, non-consumable purchase.
Renewo Pro (Yearly) — an auto-renewable subscription.

For the auto-renewable Yearly plan:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews at the then-current price unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your device’s App Store account settings after purchase.
Prices are shown in the app prior to purchase and may vary by region.

All billing and refunds are handled by Apple under your Apple ID; we do not process or store payment information. Refund requests are subject to Apple’s policies.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app except as permitted by law.

Your data

Renewo stores the documents and details you enter locally on your device and collects no personal information. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Renewo is a convenience aid for tracking document expiry dates and reminders — it does not provide legal, official, or professional advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for renewing your own documents on time; do not rely on Renewo’s reminders as your sole safeguard against missing a legal or official deadline. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will reflect changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
