Terms of Use (EULA) — Onzi

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Onzi app (“the app”), provided by Berat Mehmetoglu (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA), which apply in addition to these Terms.

Subscriptions and purchases

Onzi is free — all three daily puzzles, your streak, the collection and the badges are included and always will be. Onzi Premium removes ads and unlocks the full 60-day archive, unlimited practice, every player pool and the special card frames, and is offered as:

a Monthly or Yearly auto-renewable subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase.

For the auto-renewable Monthly and Yearly plans:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews at the then-current price unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your device’s App Store account settings after purchase.
Prices are shown in the app prior to purchase and may vary by region.

All billing and refunds are handled by Apple under your Apple ID; we do not process or store payment information. Refund requests are subject to Apple’s policies.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app except as permitted by law.

Your data

Onzi stores your puzzle progress locally on your device and collects no personal information itself; advertising is covered in the Privacy Policy. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Player and club information is factual data compiled from public sources (Wikidata, published under CC0) and may be incomplete or out of date; Onzi makes no warranty as to its accuracy. No player photographs and no club badges are used, and nothing in the app implies affiliation with or endorsement by any club, league or player. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will reflect changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
