Privacy Policy — Onzi

Onzi (“the app”) is a daily football puzzle developed by Berat Mehmetoglu. This policy explains what the app does — and does not do — with your information.

Summary

Onzi itself does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything you play stays on your device. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics and no tracking. The one exception is advertising: only when you choose to watch a rewarded video, Google collects data in order to serve it — see below.

Your progress

The puzzles you solve, your streak, coins, cards and badges are stored only on your device using Apple’s on-device database (SwiftData). This data is never sent to us or to any third party. We operate no servers and have no way to access it.

If you enable iCloud device backup, your data may be included in that backup under Apple’s terms; this is handled entirely by Apple/iOS, not by Onzi.

Advertising

The app contains one ad format: a rewarded video, served by Google AdMob, and shown only when you ask for it — when you tap “Watch” to earn coins. Three per day at most. There are no interstitials, no app-open ads and no banners; no ad ever appears on its own.

To serve the ad, Google AdMob collects information such as device identifiers, usage data and diagnostics. That goes to Google AdMob, not to us: beyond the ad being shown, we have no access to it. Their privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

We do not request personalised ads. The SDK runs in non-personalised mode, which is also why no App Tracking Transparency prompt is shown — we do not ask permission to track you across apps, because we do not track you.

If you would rather see no ads at all, Premium removes them entirely.

Purchases

Onzi Premium is sold through Apple’s In-App Purchase system. All payment processing is handled by Apple under your Apple ID; Onzi never receives or stores your payment details. Purchase/restore status is read from Apple’s StoreKit on your device only.

Notifications

Daily puzzle reminders are scheduled and delivered locally on your device. No notification data leaves the device.

Children

Onzi is rated 12+. The rating is driven by the third-party advertising described above, not by its content: the app is a football quiz with no violence, no gambling and no user-generated content. It is not directed at children, and it collects nothing from anyone.

If this policy changes, the “Last updated” date above will be revised.
