Terms of Use (EULA) — Divnest

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Divnest app (“the app”), provided by Berat Mehmetoglu (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms.

Important: not professional advice

Divnest is an informational and personal-tracking tool only. It does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice, and prices, dividend figures, and safety scores shown in the app may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Always verify with official sources and consult a licensed professional before making investment or tax decisions.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Apple End User License Agreement (EULA), which apply in addition to these Terms.

Subscriptions and purchases

Divnest is free to track a limited number of holdings. Divnest Pro unlocks unlimited holdings, the dual-currency view, dividend notifications (ex-dates, expected payments, safety-score changes, and summaries), and stock-safety scores, and is offered as:

Divnest Pro (Lifetime) — a one-time, non-consumable purchase.
Divnest Pro (Yearly) — an auto-renewable subscription.

For the auto-renewable Yearly plan:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews at the then-current price unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, in your device’s App Store account settings after purchase.
Prices are shown in the app prior to purchase and may vary by region.

All billing and refunds are handled by Apple under your Apple ID; we do not process or store payment information. Refund requests are subject to Apple’s policies.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, reverse engineer, or interfere with the app except as permitted by law.

Your data

Divnest stores the data you enter locally on your device and collects no personal information. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Divnest is a personal dividend-tracking aid and does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice; you are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for your own financial decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above will reflect changes. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
